Less than a year after the Swisstainable certification, the Fred Tschanz establishments have achieved the third and highest level. For ODEON, this means a special pioneering role.
Thinking and acting responsibly towards the environment and our fellow human beings is in the DNA of Fred Tschanz. Our efforts were officially recognized last year with the Switzerland Tourism sustainability label. We made the journey from the first certificate level "Committed" to the third and highest level "Leading" in just one year. The Swisstainable label applies to all Fred Tschanz establishments and makes ODEON the restaurant with the highest sustainability certificate in Zurich. Something we are very proud of!
An important factor for the promotion was the previous recognition by the international label " Biosphere Sustainable " . This honors hotel businesses worldwide that meet particularly high sustainability criteria. Fred Tschanz Gastgewerbe is the first Swiss company to meet the objectives of the broad-based charter.
