1. Check if you have sent all documents (resume, references, etc.). We like completeness! After uploading your application, you will receive a confirmation by mail from us.
2. In order for us to review your application, we need a little time. In any case, you will hear from us within the next 10 days.
3. If you meet all the requirements, we will invite you to a first interview. After the interview, we offer you the opportunity to do a trial day.
4. Congratulations! After the trial day you will receive a concrete offer from us. We are happy to have you on board and you will receive a detailed introductory program from us.

Every employee has 5 weeks of vacation with us. In the second year, you benefit from our loyalty program - you have the option of an additional week of vacation, a ZVV pass or a cash payment. You decide!

At Fred Tschanz you have several possibilities. You can start with an hourly wage and we offer you the possibility to increase depending on the agreement. Or you can start right away with a full-time workload - depending on the position and your needs.
