News Fred Hotels
The first few months of Alpine Rooms by Leoneck as a self-managed hotel were successful and Fred Tschanz Gastgewerbe draws a very positive conclusion. The digital hotel solution makes the stay more flexible for guests and at the same time makes everyday work easier for employees. A future-proof concept.
Making the stay as comfortable as possible for guests and running the business efficiently at the same time. With this approach in mind, Fred Tschanz Gastgewerbe has been handling all reception tasks related to the 13 rooms of the Alpine Rooms by Leoneck completely digitally via an app since the reopening last February. "Business travelers in particular appreciate the independence provided by the contactless hotel service enormously," explains Head of Corporate Development Cedric Nake.
The self-managed hotel principle of Alpine Rooms by Leoneck is based on the digital hospitality platform " likeMagic ", which was developed by SV Group for its own hotels. "The developers of "likeMagic" analyzed our needs and then created a web app that exactly meets our requirements," Cedric Nake describes the successful collaboration. The resulting solution is intuitive for the user and enables cross-device use. In this way, the web app creates maximum flexibility for guests.
Guests of Alpine Rooms by Leoneck can book their rooms online, check in independently via the web app and thus also depart flexibly. During the stay, all services are billed directly via "likeMagic". But it's not just guests who benefit; the self-managed hotel operation also makes everyday work easier for Fred Tschanz employees. Housekeeping, for example, always has an overview of the current status of the individual rooms thanks to the web app.
Anyone who thinks that hospitality is neglected in a self-managed hotel is wrong. The Fred Tschanz team can be reached by phone around the clock for all their guests' concerns. "Guest comfort is not affected by the new concept," explains Cedric Nake. The feedback from guests has been very positive, he says, especially among business travelers. So the team at Fred Tschanz Gastgewerbe sees the self-managed Alpine Rooms as a successful test for contactless hotel operations. "We are drafting concepts for the changeover of our other hotels, but there is no concrete news on this yet," concludes Cedric Nake
