Your most important tasks:

As Revenue & Quality Manager, you are the driving force behind revenue optimization and quality improvement. You combine analytical thinking with a high quality standard and work closely with all departments.

• Develop and optimize pricing strategies based on market and demand analysis
• Create forecasts and reports for occupancy, revenue, and performance metrics

• Manage availability and rates across all sales channels
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with standards
• Work on process optimizations and train teams in service quality and upselling
• Present results and recommendations to the management

Your Skills:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Education in hotel and tourism industry advantageous
• Substantial experience in revenue management and/or quality management, ideally in the hotel industry
• Language skills: German and English (other languages an advantage)
• Confident handling of PMS, RMS and reporting tools
• Openness to new technologies
• High service orientation and quality awareness
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with diverse teams
